2. Scope
These terms govern consumer subscriptions sold through an authorized store.
They apply when a consumer buys or uses a paid Bot Creator subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or another authorized store later made available by Bot Creator.
- They cover the subscription offer, billing framework, access conditions, and support process.
- They do not replace the terms of the store, the device platform, Discord, or other third-party services.
3. Subscription offer
The paid offer currently targets ad removal and any benefits expressly shown in the purchase flow.
The current paid subscription is designed for consumers who want to remove ads inside Bot Creator. The exact features included in a paid plan are those displayed in the relevant store listing, in-app purchase screen, or confirmation flow at the time of purchase.
- No feature is promised unless it is explicitly described in the relevant purchase flow.
- Future additions may be introduced later and will be described in the app or the applicable store listing.
4. Access and activation
Activation depends on a compatible app version, a valid store account, and a successful store transaction.
The subscription may require a compatible device, a supported operating system, an up-to-date version of Bot Creator, internet access, and a store account authorized to make purchases.
- Access starts once the applicable store confirms the transaction or renewal.
- If a purchase is pending, rejected, reversed, or suspended by the store, paid access may be delayed, limited, or removed.
5. Pricing and taxes
The store checkout is the source of truth for price, currency, taxes, and billing period.
Prices are shown in the relevant store interface when you purchase or renew a subscription. Prices, currencies, taxes, and billing periods may vary by country, platform, promotional offer, or store policy.
- The amount displayed at checkout is the binding amount for that transaction.
- When the store acts as merchant of record, tax handling, receipts, and invoice formatting follow the applicable store rules.
6. Contract formation
The contract is formed when the store confirms the subscription purchase.
Your order is finalized when the applicable store accepts the transaction and provides a confirmation, receipt, or equivalent purchase notice. Until then, Bot Creator may display an offer without being bound to activate paid access.
- The purchase confirmation is issued through the applicable store account flow.
- You should keep the store receipt or confirmation for billing or support requests.
7. Store billing priority
Payment, renewal, cancellation, receipts, and refund routing are governed first by the store that billed you.
Bot Creator does not process card payments directly on this website for the subscription described in these terms. If a store billed your subscription, the operational rules and interfaces of that store control the purchase workflow for that transaction, subject to mandatory law.
- Payment is collected through the authorized store, not through a direct checkout on this site.
- Receipts, billing history, renewal handling, and account-level subscription management are provided through the store account used for the purchase.
- If there is a difference between a generic description on this site and the store workflow shown at checkout or in store support documentation, the store workflow prevails for payment operations.
8. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the applicable store.
Unless canceled according to the applicable store rules, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Canceling a subscription generally stops the next renewal but does not retroactively cancel the current paid period unless the store states otherwise.
- You must manage cancellation through the same store account that billed the subscription.
- Deleting the app or stopping use of the service does not by itself cancel the subscription.
9. Refunds and withdrawal
Refund requests must follow the process of the store that billed you, while mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
If your subscription was billed by a store, any refund request must be submitted through that store's refund or support process. Any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights granted by mandatory consumer law remain applicable where relevant.
- The purchase flow of the applicable store may ask you to confirm immediate activation of the subscription and may present the legal consequences of that activation where the law allows it.
- These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
10. Availability and updates
Bot Creator may evolve, receive updates, or experience interruptions for maintenance, security, or compatibility reasons.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the subscription benefits available, but continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Bot Creator may update the app, improve features, patch security issues, or adjust compatibility requirements.
- Some interruptions may result from store availability, operating system changes, internet connectivity, or third-party platform constraints.
- Where required by law, material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated through the app, the store, or another appropriate channel.
11. User obligations
You must use the subscription lawfully and without abusing the service or the store purchase flow.
You agree not to misuse paid access, interfere with the service, attempt fraudulent refunds, share access in breach of the intended store account model, or use Bot Creator for unlawful purposes.
- You remain responsible for the security of your device, store account, and any connected services.
- Abuse, fraud, or serious misuse may lead to suspension where permitted by law and applicable store rules.
12. Intellectual property
The subscription gives you a limited right to use the paid features, not ownership of the product.
Bot Creator, its content, branding, software, visual elements, and related rights remain the property of Jeremy SOLER or the relevant licensors. Purchasing a subscription grants only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the paid features during the active subscription term.
- No source code, trademark, or broader license is transferred by the subscription purchase.
- Any use beyond mandatory legal exceptions requires prior written authorization.
13. Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, without excluding non-waivable consumer rights.
Bot Creator is provided with reasonable care, but no promise is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, store rule, or third-party platform change.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
- Bot Creator is not responsible for store outages, third-party platform changes, force majeure events, or consumer-side device and connectivity failures outside reasonable control.
14. Personal data
Personal data related to product use and support is handled under the Privacy Policy, while store billing data also follows store policies.
Information about product data handling is available in the Privacy Policy. Purchase and billing data processed by the applicable store is also subject to that store's own privacy and billing rules.
- Bot Creator does not replace or override the privacy rules of Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other authorized store.
- You should review both the Bot Creator privacy documentation and the privacy information provided by the store you use.
15. Complaints and disputes
Consumer mediation may be used only after a prior written complaint has been sent to Bot Creator and the dispute remains unresolved.
If you have not been able to resolve your dispute after sending us a dated written complaint by letter or email, describing the circumstances of the dispute and the remedy you request, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator identified below if you received a written negative response from us or if you did not receive a response within two months of sending your complaint.
In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Jeremy SOLER has implemented a consumer mediation scheme.

- These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
- Consumers may bring disputes before the courts having jurisdiction under mandatory law.
- For disputes with professionals, and to the extent permitted by law, the Commercial Court of Creteil has exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Effective date
These terms take effect on March 27, 2026 and may later be supplemented by store-specific addenda.
Bot Creator may later publish addenda for Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or other authorized stores when a store requires more specific terms. Those addenda will supplement these Terms of Sale for the relevant platform without replacing the general consumer framework set out here.
- If both French and English versions are published, the French version prevails in the event of any divergence of interpretation.
- Updated versions will be posted on this website, and material changes will apply prospectively subject to mandatory law and any required store notice.
